Bingo at St. Viator Parish and Elementary School

For over 30 years and still continuing every Wednesday night, BINGO has been held at St. Viator's Gym (3644 North Kedvale @ Waveland). Doors open at 5pm (BINGO begins at 7pm) and the evening is usually over before 10pm. Anyone who brings either 3 Campbell's UPCs or 3 Box Tops for Education logos receives a free sheet for a fast-paced game of BINGO at intermission. The Campbell items and box tops are given to the school for fundraising efforts.

Pull tabs are sold throughout the evening for which money can be won. There are 11 regular games of BINGO with a $100.00 prize for each game. The first game of the evening is called Bulls eye and the prize is $150.00. There are 2 $500.00 games and the final game is our raffle game for which special sheets are sold for $5.00 each with a $1,000.00 prize. All of the prize money is guaranteed.

During intermission a progressive game call Lightening is played with the jackpot growing until someone selects a winning number from a board of 100 numbers.

As with just about any St. Viator function, the following items are available for purchase: hot dogs, polish sausage, chips, nachos, pastries, candy bars, pizza, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soft drinks. Soup is sold during the cold weather months.
