We believe in a well-rounded curriculum.
We are thrilled to announce that beginning with our 2011-2012 school year we are implementing the Rosetta Stone program for our foreign language studies. This award-winning program correlates to state and national standards, so our students are getting the very best language-learning environment available.
The user interface captivates students from the first screen, keeping them engaged in learning while the program helps them acquire critical language skills.
The Rosetta Stone program provides:

CLASSES
All students have language class 4 days a week. Students who are learning Spanish will have 3 classroom days with our Spanish teacher and 2 days using Rosetta Stone on the computer to reinforce what they learn in class. All other languages will use Rosetta stone which is an internet based self-paced computer program. All language classes will be monitored by a teacher.
Pre K 4 year old and Kindergarten
Our youngest students pick one of three languages that they will study for the whole year:
- Chinese - Mandarin
- French
- Spanish
These classes are teacher-directed with time for individual students to practice the language using the computer based program.
First through Eighth Grades
Students may to choose one of 26 languages at the beginning of each year which they learn for the whole year. All languages, with the exception of Spanish, will be an independent program using the Rosetta Stone program. All languages will be monitored by a teacher.
