Fundraising events happen throughout the year and are a key part of keeping our school vibrant. Fundraising activities include:
Monthly Moolah Drawing
Mandatory fundraising fees for registered families fund our Monthly Moolah raffle drawing. From September through May, on the 3rd Monday of the month, students from one of our classrooms will draw 6 raffle tickets. That is a total of 54 chances parents have to win throughout the school year. A total of $600.00 is given away each month to 6 lucky winners ($100) each. Winners each month have their tickets automatically re-entered for all drawings for the rest of the year.
Scrip Fundraising Program
Scrip is Fundraising While You Shop™. Did you know you can raise money for St. Viator while doing your everyday shopping? All you have to do is purchase gift cards from America’s favorite retailers and use them in place of cash, checks, or credit cards for purchases you were going to make anyway! Each card purchased carries an associated “contribution” of 2-15% or more.
Gift cards are available from over 300 national and local retailers. Groceries, clothing, dining out, discount retailers, home improvement, even gasoline can all be purchased with Scrip. Families can help St. Viator raise important fundraising dollars – without spending an additional penny or selling anything!
There are two ways to place your order for the Scrip program. You can register (if you haven’t already done so) and place your order at www.shopwithscrip.com. If you do not want to place your order online, you can complete a paper order form (available from the school office) and return it to the office with your check.

It takes just a few minutes to set up your online account. Currently, even if you place your order online, you need to submit your payment for the order via check or cash to the school office. Friends and family members can also place their own online orders by setting up their own account and submitting their check to the office. All checks should be made payable to St. Viator. Once they arrive, orders can be picked up at the office or from KidCare.

Adopt-A-Classroom
Did you know that teachers' access to hands-on learning resources in the classroom is the single most important teacher input factor toward student success?
Did you know that teachers spend an average of $1,200 of their own money each year purchasing resources and materials for the classroom?
The program Adopt-A-Classroom program enables parents, teachers, local business owners, and friends of the school to help teachers succeed in the classroom.
- 100% of the donation is provided to the teacher in an online account.
- Adopt-A-Classroom takes $0 for administration.
- All donations are tax-deductible.
- No donation is too small. Any amount helps.
- Donors receive Impact Reports that show exactly how the teacher spends the money, so it's fully accountable and transparent.
- Donors receive direct feedback from the teacher so you can experience first hand the impact you have made.
