What's Going On in Music at St. Viator SchoolOur Holiday Music at St. Viator School was joyous and festive. Grades PreK-4 presented our Annual Christmas Show this year with a wonderful production of "The Littlest Christmas Tree." The teachers of each class did a superb job of preparing the children to sing their songs, as well for the stage. The entire school participated in a school-wide celebration of the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe Prayer service on December 12. Mr. Glenn assisted with guitar accompaniment for a beautiful service in the third floor hallway presented by the 4th-6th grades, with a five piece group of students leading in song and accompaniment on maracas. The school's Advent Prayer Service was very inspirational. The music, led by the St. Viator School Choir made up of the girls from the 8th grade. The members of the St. Viator Parish Children's Choir, who are also students from our 4th grade, helped provide a musical spirit of love and joy on anticipation of the Savior's Birth. |
