Prayer PartnersSixth Graders Spend Time With Their Prayer PartnersThe sixth graders at St. Viator enjoy spending time with their Kindergarten prayer partners. The children have had quite a few chances to get together this year to read and work on activities. The sixth graders have helped the younger children learn their alphabet by making a special turkey at Thanksgiving time. During Advent the classes got together to make a stable as a reminder of the real meaning of Christmas. As part of the Catholic Schools Week celebration the students got together to share their time and make Valentines for Senior Citizens. Sixth grade hands were a big help when it came to tracing and cutting out the little hands used to decorate the Kindergarten door for Catholic Schools Week. Mrs. Wright and Mrs. Johnson always look forward to these activities. They are a great way for the older children to develop a sense of responsibility and serve as role models for the younger children.
