Eagle Invitational Volleyball Tournament

Dear Coaches and players,
Welcome back to another year of Volleyball!! I am looking forward to the start of our Invitational this year and it being another true success! We are lowering our league to 24 teams this year. That being said- there will be no more than 8 teams in each division, 5th and 6th grade combined-7th and 8th grade. If we have a need to split 5th and 6th grade up we will do so. This will be determined by the number of teams that respond.

We are going to follow the same schedule as last year which seemed to work out well for all schools. ALL Frosh(5th and 6th grade) games on Thursday nights, 7th grade games on Monday nights and 8th grade games on Tuesday nights. The reason we are doing this is so we can supply adequate refs for each level of play, and you will then play multiple games in one night as opposed to 2-3 nights a week at our gym. We are also working along side the Gordan tournament for 5th and 6th grade which occurs on Monday nights. We do not want any conflict with games.

Schedule requests must be submitted to me no later than March 1st so I can put the schedule together at that time. No other requests will be granted, each coach will be given a copy of coaches contact info if you need to switch a game- I will leave open slots for this in the schedule.

Payment must be sent in with your Rosters, we need the rosters to order T-shirts for the girls. The cost PER team entered into the tournament is $400.00. Start date is April 14th and it will run until the end of May.
