New Student School Registration
2008 - 2009
We are accepting registrations in all grades.

Registration for the 2008-09 school year is in progress. If you have not had the opportunity to visit St. Viator and would like to schedule a private tour or if you have any questions during the summer months please call the school office at 773-545-2173. The summer hours for the school office are: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to noon from June 12th through July 10th and August 4th through August 20th. School begins on August 21st. From July 11th through August 1st you may contact the Rectory at 773-286-4040. Registration forms are also available on our website.

Age requirements for new students.
 Children entering 3 year old pre-school must be 3 years old on or before September 1st.
Children entering 4 year old pre-school must be 4 years old on or before September 1st.
Children entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1st.

Transfer students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade must bring...
 An official transfer from the previous school.
A copy of the most current report card from the previous school.

To register, all students must bring...
A birth certificate.
A baptismal certificate (if Catholic).
Each child's social security number.
A $100.00 per child non-refundable registration fee.
