New Student School Registration

We are accepting registrations in all grades.

Registration for the 2009-2010 school year is in progress. If you have not had the opportunity to visit St. Viator and would like to schedule a private tour or if you have any questions, please call the school office at 773-545-2173. Registration forms are also available on our website.

Age requirements for new students.
 Children entering 3 year old pre-school must be 3 years old on or before September 1st.
Children entering 4 year old pre-school must be 4 years old on or before September 1st.
Children entering kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1st.

Transfer students entering Kindergarten through 8th grade must bring...
 An official transfer from the previous school.
A copy of the most current report card from the previous school.

To register, all students must bring...
A birth certificate.
A baptismal certificate (if Catholic).
Each child's social security number.
A $100.00 per child non-refundable registration fee.
