Pre K 3 Year old
Our program is linked to literatureand includes the following areas:
- God knows and loves me

- Celebration of religious Holy Days and holidays
Pre K 4 Year old
The children begin learning about the foundations of the Catholic Faith. They begin by learning about the teachings of Jesus and how they are all friends of Jesus. Special religious holidays and the true meaning behind them are discussed. The Preschoolers learn how to pray and what they could pray for. They thank God for his creations and understand that God created everything. Preschool begins attending all school prayer services and masses the second half of the school year. By the end of the school year, students have a better understanding of the Catholic faith.
Kindergarten
Our program is literature-based and covers the following areas:
- Learning About God’s Love: Welcomes are good; Names are good; God’s world is good
- Growing in God’s Love: Families are good; I am good; Growing is good; Thanking is good
- Sharing God’s Love: Shepherds are good; Hearts are good; Hands are good; Church is good
- Celebrating God’s Love: Seeds are good; Butterflies are good; Light is good; Celebrating is good
- Celebration of the religious holidays
- Attendance at school mass and prayer service regularly after Christmas
First Grade
- Introduction of the seasons of the liturgical year with emphasis on Advent and Lent
- Introduction to sacraments with special emphasis on Baptism and participation in class, unit, and all school prayer services and masses
Second Grade
- Preparation for the sacraments of Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist
- ‘Second Step’, which reinforces family values and positive social skills
- Family Life, which talks about the values of a Catholic family and community
Third Grade
- God as creator and father
- Mary as mother
- Jesus as son of God and Mary
- The community of Jesus
- Living like Jesus
- The Church Year and Mass
Fourth Grade
- Concentrating on Jesus as a role model
- The Beatitudes
- Spiritual and Corporal Works of Mercy
- The Ten Commandments
Fifth Grade
- Read the Gospel of Mark
- Compare and contrast Christianity, Judaism, and Islam
- Study the Trinity through the Nicene Creed
- Reproduction in Family Life
Sixth Grade
- Practicing stewardship and participating in liturgies as well as prayer experience
- Focus is on providing students with the foundations of their faith in an environment that fosters acceptance
- The gospel values are infused in all we do
Seventh Grade
- Study the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John
- Confirmation: in preparing for this sacrament each student will experience what it means to be a member of the Catholic Faith
- Service hours are completed prior to confirmation
Eighth Grade

- Graduation retreat
