Student Council
St. Viator’s Student Council enables students to share ideas, interests, and concerns with teachers and administration. They also help raise funds for school-wide activities, including social events and community service projects. Participating in Student Council develops teamwork and leadership skills and promotes a sense of pride in and commitment to the school, parish and the surrounding community.
The Student Council is overseen by two dedicated St. Viator teachers.

All interested students in grades 4-8 are eligible to join the Student Council. The council is made up of the Executive Board – typically 8th-grade students, Class Representatives and event committees. Meetings with the Executive Board and Class Representatives are held once a month on Wednesdays. Other members attend the specific committee meetings.

All members are expected to:
-
Attend meetings
-
Be PeaceBuilders.
-
Come up with creative ideas for Service, Fundraising, and Spirit activities.
-
Be able to volunteer at activities that will take place outside of school hours.
