FACTS Tuition Mangement 

St. Viator Elementary School uses FACTS Tuition Management to collect monthly tuition payments, fees, and process financial assistance. Using this provider enables families to choose when their monthly tuition payment will be due, and to easily use a credit, debit card or electronic check to pay.

St. Viator offers need-based tuition assistance to those families who value a Catholic education and need financial assistance to fulfill their tuition commitment.

 

Please Note: tuition assistance is only available for students in grades K-8.

Families must apply for financial assistance through the FACTS website. In order for a family to be considered for any tuition assistance, the tuition assistance application must be filled out completely and requested forms must be submitted. Applications will be accepted between February 1st – May 15th, prior to the school year for which tuition assistance is requested. After this date, considerations will be made on a case-by-case basis, as funds are available. Tuition assistance decisions and awards will be made no later than June15th prior to the academic year for which assistance is requested.

There are a number of factors that impact the actual tuition assistance amount awarded to a family. The most important piece of information is the information provided on and with the assistance application, but consideration is also made for the amount of tuition assistance available in the school budget. The amount of assistance awarded is unique to each family.

 

Financial awards are effective for one school year and must be resubmitted on an annual basis. A family must be in good financial standing with their existing financial commitments in order to qualify for assistance the following school year.
