We returned from the Thanksgiving Break ready to embrace the Advent season. St. Viator students, faculty, and staff are thinking about Jesus in our lives, and how we can prepare for his coming at Christmas. The school's Nativity Scene went up in our south foyer. Once again, we hosted our Flag Retirement Ceremony on November 11th, Veterans Day. The ceremony honors our veterans, and remembers those who have fallen in service to our country. Each year, we remember in particular St. Viator Alumnus Charles Kefer, Jr. The snow lingered on the front lawn, but St. Viator students gathered with their teachers by the campus flagpole. Art Zone started up this month, and we're ready for a new year of projects! Students learned about Lebanese-American visual artist, poet, and essayist, Etel Adnan.
